Chef de Partie

Working hours: 5 days out of 7

Details of Job: An experienced (preferably rosette) and enthusiastic chef, you will be a key member of a creative and hardworking brigade providing high quality food for our popular award winning village in in the heart of the Ribble valley .

Requirements of the successful applicant: Must be experienced up to chef de partie level.  Own transport required though Live-in accommodation is available.

Housekeeper

Working hours: 1 Casual position for weekends

Details:  An opportunity to join our Award winning 5 star Inn to work in our busy housekeeping department (approximately 20 -25 hours per week including rotating weekends).  The role involves servicing bedrooms to the high standard the hotel guests have come to expect, to report any maintenance problems to a senior person and to always work in a clean and tidy manner.

Requirements: Candidates must have attention to detail and be able to work in a fast but efficient manner.  You must have a passion to exceed customer expectations and a polite and friendly manner.  We are looking for a hard working individual who will fit in with the very dedicated and welcoming housekeeping team.
