What is your cancellation policy? - As long as you cancel your booking before 10am on the day before you’re due to arrive, there will be no charge. Bookings cancelled after 10:00am on the day before you’re due to arrive will be charged for the first night’s stay. No Shows will be charged for the first night’s stay.
What is the Advance Purchase Cancellation policy? - Your credit or debit card will have been charged at the time of booking, and this is a non-refundable, non-transferable amount. Should you need to cancel there will be no refund applicable.
Upgrade Available? - Yes – larger County Rooms £10.00 additional charge per night. Character room £20.00 additional charge per night. Suite £30.00 additional charge per night.
Do you hold rooms provisionally? - No – A credit card or advance deposit is always required for guarantee.

Is there disabled access? - We have an allocated disabled parking space by the front door and there is a small ramp on the right hand side for easy access; All the doors in to the main building are double doors to allow ease of access in a wheelchair.

You can enjoy freshly prepared dishes to order using the best ingredients from local areas all bought from our trusted suppliers, including delicious cuts of meat, seasonal vegetables and cheeses. We’re proud to have a two AA rosette restaurant.
